New Student Application Fee $25

To enroll a new student to St. Cecilia Catholic School, families must inquire and set up a tour/family interview (click above). We accept online applications only. The submission fee is $25 per student and is due at the time of application. The application fee is submitted electronically (we do not accept payments at the office for the application fee). The application fee is non-refundable.

Forms For Application

If your student is transferring form another school, a release of records including: test scores, current report card, and behavior / discipline record, IEP or 504 Plans must be given to St. Cecilia School, prior to admissions.

Forms For Enrollment

Once you have recieved confirmation of acceptance, your file will then be prepared for enrollment. Additional documentation will be requested, including:

Immunization records
Birth certificate
Social Security Number
Baptismal certificate (Catholic applications only)
Any court order or agreement for custody (If applicable)
Other important items requiring discussion and documentation, record of IEP, etc.

Trial Period

New students to St. Cecilia Catholic School will be accepted on a trial period in which to prove himself/herself both socially and academically. If during this trial period there are any problems the School reserves the right to place students in a grade level where he/she can progress successfully, require any tutoring necessary to aid the student in order to meet the grade level requirements or recommended placement in another school.

Pending enrollment, we may have openings throughtout the school year. Students must meet certain criteria for admission and all necessary forms must be submitted prior to granting admission. St. Cecilia Catholic School admits first the children of families who currently have students enrolled in the school. If spaces are avalible after these students are admitted, then the school accepts other childeren who meet the admission requirements. The application window is now open

A final decision on admission and placement is made by the Principal based upon the parent/student interview, the application, space limitations, and the abilty to meet the educational needs of the child.
