FACTS
Tuition Assistance
&
In-House Aid
A child’s education is the greatest gift a parent can give. This investment in a child’s future will leave a life-long imprint.
If you are in need of tuition assistance, please submit your online application through the FACTS Grant and Aid Assessment website at online.factsmgt.com. The application fee is $40.00. Families who qualify for additional financial resources will be notified of the assistance, as long as funds are available.
For new families who are seeking financial assistance for the 2022-23 school year, please apply for the FACTS Grant in Aid Program no later than April 1, 2022. Please remember all needed paperwork must be uploaded to be considered.
To be eligible for Tuition Assistance, a Family/Student Must:
Demonstrate financial need
Meet the entrance requirements of the specific parochial/diocesan school
Be accepted for admission to grades K–12 and enrolled in that school
Be current with all financial obligations due to any Catholic school within the Diocese
Secondary criteria for eligibility that may be considered include:
The child’s regular attendance
The likelihood of the child’s long-term enrollment
The participation of the parents in school activities as expected of all parents
The family’s payment history
The student’s maintenance of an academic level consistent with school standards and individual abilities
Once all FACTS Awards have been assigned, St. Cecilia will begin its own internal process for families seeking additional aid. However, in order to be considered for this process, a FACTS Grant & Aid application must already be on file. Please note that HALO does not award financial aid for PreK students alone (families must have students enrolled in other grades in order to be considered for HALO aid).
